Estimates and work

Pavers West Hills is a referral service, not the contractor. We introduce you to an independent paver contractor and take no part in the agreement you reach with them. The estimate, the contract, any warranty, and the work itself are between you and that contractor. An estimate becomes an agreement only when it is put in writing and both sides accept it, and any warranty applies as described in that written agreement.
