This policy explains what Pavers West Hills does with the information you share through this website. The short version: we are a referral service, so we use your details to answer your request and to introduce you to the paver contractor who quotes and carries out the work. We do not sell them.

The only personal information we collect is what you type into the estimate form or send when you call or text us. That usually means your name, phone number, and, if you choose to add them, your email address, the street or area of your project, and a description of the work. Email and address fields are optional.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and arrange a written price.
• To pass your request to the paver contractor who covers West Hills, so they can reach you and carry out the on-site estimate.
• To follow up about your project if you ask us to.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Who we pass it to

We are a referral service, not the contractor. The details you send are passed to the independent paver contractor who covers West Hills, so they can contact you and quote the work. That is the purpose of the form. Apart from the hosting and email providers described below, they are the only party we hand your request to, and once they have it their own privacy practices apply to their copy. If you would rather we did not pass your details on, say so in your message and we will not.

The estimate form

When you submit the form, a small function on our own domain turns your message into an email and sends it to our inbox through an email delivery provider. It does not go to a form service or a marketing platform, and it is never added to an advertising list. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes the request, and the form includes a hidden field that filters automated spam without tracking you. We keep your request as long as we need it to serve you and for our own records, then remove it.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies or build a profile on you. If we add basic, privacy-respecting traffic analytics in the future, we will update this page to say what is measured. We do not run third-party ad trackers.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you sent, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Send that request through the contact page and we will take care of it. If your details have already gone to the contractor, ask them directly as well, because their copy is theirs to remove.
